Reservations / Payment Policy

A nonrefundable deposit of $750 will confirm and hold your reservation. Deposits are due upon receipt of your trip invoice.

Remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your trip departure.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept personal and business checks.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your trip, for any reason (including personal emergencies or injuries), our cancellation policy is as follows:

There are no refunds given on cancellations 90 days prior to trip departure. There are no partial refunds for arriving late or leaving a trip early. We recommend you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Travel Insurance, Trip Cancellation, and Travel Medical Insurance can be purchased through our office (CSA Travel and Access America). Queen Charlotte Safaris, Inc. is not responsible for missed flight connections or fishing time lost due to inclement weather, airline delays, unforeseen forces of nature, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for any expenses prior to or after your trip with us.
